Today was my first Wednesday at
San Bartolome. I was greeted by the students in English 3 with hugs, which
almost brought me to tears. As the students took their seats we began
with the introductions and I was eager to share about my current home State of
Hawaii. The students named many things that Hawaii is known for like;
sharks, whales, beaches, surfing, turtles, volcano etc. Their
excitement got the best of them after seeing pictures of Hawaii especially the
sea mammals that they decided to show me how much they loved sharks. See for
